poor cleaningnoticeable hair
My stay wasn't all sunshine. the room cleaning really missed the mark. I spotted some questionable stains on the linens. the bathroom also had noticeable hair. It definitely needed more attention (i'm not usually this picky, believe me).

early morning noisebathroom door
my room faced the back and it got pretty noisy early each morning staff began prepping for breakfast i heard clattering dishes and loud chatter it was impossible to sleep past 6 am the bathroom door didn't shut all the way i had zero privacy and it was quite annoying i expected better soundproofing for the price i paid.
